Orders & Payment
Follow these steps to complete your order:
- Browse the website for the items you want to order
- On the item, choose the option that you want, and click Add to Cart (you may add on quantity in the “shopping cart”)
- Once you have chosen all your items, click on the “shopping cart” to review the items
- Once you have checked and confirmed that all your items are correct, click “checkout”
- If you have not logged in, you will come across a login page (if you are still not a member, please click the “sign up” link to register)
- Fill up all your information and the voucher / promo code (if any), then click “Skip to Next Step”
- Lastly, review your delivery address & items again before clicking on the button “Confirm Order”
- Done! Your order is completed and you will be given an order number (please keep this as reference)
- You will also receive a confirmation email
- Proceed to make payment within 48 hours
You can choose one of these options to pay:
- Direct Online Bank Transfer
- Bank counter bank in / ATM Transfer
- Cash On Delivery (COD)
COD is available but please try to prepare the exact amount as our delivery staff may not have change

You may pay immediately once you have made the order to avoid any delay in delivery.
Our system may automatically cancel your UNPAID orders after 24 hours. If you need more time, please inform us and provide us with a date that you can pay (maximum 7 days after date of order) via email to sales@frescograno.com.
Processing orders usually take 2 working days, but depending on the volume of our orders, sometimes it can take up to 4 days.
You will be notified via either email or sms/whatsapp of delivery day and time.
No, COD is not available.
Yes, you will! An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you via email and sms/whatsapp right after you have placed your order.
The order will be ON-HOLD till direct bank transfer payment is received.
Please make the payment within the next 24 hours of your order confirmation and email the payment details to sales@frescograno.com
You will be brought to a confirmation page with an order number if you have ordered successfully.
If you are not sure or have accidentally skipped the page, you may also check it from your member’s account. All your orders are listed there.
Yes, you may cancel the order anytime as long as you have not paid for it.
If you have paid, and you change your mind, please email sales@frescograno.com before we deliver your items, we will help you cancel your order and refund the balance to you in store credits.
It is not possible to cancel your order if we have already sent out your order for delivery.
Cash refund is not available.
It is not possible to cancel an item (or some of the items) from your order. You can only cancel the entire order.

Shipping & Delivery
At this point in time, we are only able to delivery to the KL and Selangor states.
Courier available for out-station states and areas. Email us to find out more at groovy@frescograno.com
All the prices listed in our website are NOT inclusive of delivery fee.
Delivery fee STARTS at RM10.
- Delivery fee STARTS at RM7. Delivery to the Sungai Buloh area is RM7, so if your delivery address is in Sungai Buloh, choose Shipping Option Sungai Buloh Area.
- Delivery to areas like (but not limited to) Puchong, Shah Alam, Seri Kembangan, Klang, Cheras, Kajang requires minimum order of RM50 and delivery fee is RM15.
If you are ordering to one of the above mentioned locations:
- Please make sure you have met the minimum order amount before placing your order.
- Choose Shipping 2 for the Shipping Option to reflect the correct shipping charge.
Once payment is received, you will be receiving an email and sms/whatsapp notification with final order confirmation from us with the delivery day and time.
Please note that our delivery days are Thursday to Sunday, as we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and home deliveries are not available on Wednesday.

You may let us know in the comments section at Checkout what day you would prefer and we will try our best to fulfill your request, as long it is between our delivery days of Thursday to Sunday.
However specific timings are difficult to arrange as we have other deliveries to fulfill. Please ensure that there is someone available throughout the day to receive your order.

Yes, please select Local Pick Up for the Shipping Option when making your order. After payment, we will contact you to inform you the day and time to collect your order from our main store. Items are available at the store only by preorder.
