5 dates soaked in hot water
1/2 yoghurt of choice
1/4 cup chia jam https://frescograno.com/chia-seed-fruit-jam/
1. Remove softened dates from water and blend with granolah until the mixture resembles wet sand. Spoon mixture into mini cupcake liners and press down to form 1st layer. Bake in the oven till lightly browned.
2. Let the granolah base cool, then spoon some chia jam into cooled granolah cups.
3. Now spoon some yoghurt to cover. Sprinkle a little granolah on the tops to decorate. Place in freezer to set.
4. Once frozen, they are ready to enjoy anytime!
