What do you do to keep cool in our warm Malaysian weather? There is no shortage of cooling sugary treats available in the stores, but how about trying something a little healthier at home, with ingredients that are in abundance in our tropical country?
Here’s our recipe for nice cream; a creamy banana delight that the whole family can enjoy. We top ours with granolah, how about you?
Nice Cream Recipe
You will need:
2 chopped frozen bananas
1 cup of Fruit of choice (we have used mango, dragon fruit, pineapple, or a variety of berries)
1/4 milk of choice

Fresco Grano Gluten Free Granolah for topping https://frescograno.com/product-category/gluten-free/gluten-free-granola/
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz away until smooth. You may need to add some more milk to make it easier to blend. Or even coconut water if you happen to have any on hand.
2. Serve immediately for a soft serve nice cream or place in an airtight container and freeze for later use. You can also pour into an ice lolly mould for easy consumption for the little ones.
3. When time to serve, be sure to top with a generous sprinkling of Fresco Grano Granolah for a delicious crunch.
